The  Brief:

Pulse Property is a well established developer who identifies opportunities for investors and engages builders to produce the quality developments. Our role in this project was to analyse a suite of construction documents in order to prepare a tender for the construction of a multi-unit development in Westview Street in one of Western Australia’s most iconic coastal suburbs of Scarborough. The challenge was to consider how to mitigate unnecessary costs whilst providing a project plan that detailed all elements of the project including a specific construction timeline.

Our  Approach:

We began by developing an understanding of our client and their business on a granular level which enabled us to fine tune the project. Collaboration and transparency were both an essential part of the process, with our online project management tool being another crucial part of delivering the project with efficiency and quality.

Delivery:

Our team and systems worked closely with PULSE to ensure communication lines were open and transparent, ensuring all stakeholders were kept in the loop with regards to progress. The result was a quality project, delivered on time and within the expectations of the client, ensuring a happy final product.
